About Tiffany
Hi! I'm Tiff, a registered dietitian from NYC. I have been a dietitian for 7 years and have worked 1:1 with over 300+ individuals in helping them reach their healthiest lives! I work with a diverse range of individuals, from collegiate athletes to everyday individuals looking to move well and eat well. Fun Fact: I am a former competitive powerlifter and used to be able to squat 2x my body weight! I am a board-certified specialist in sports dietetics so if you are looking to learn how to fuel your workouts and exercise, you are in the right place.
Approach to care
My philosophy revolves around understanding the intimate connection between food and YOU. We make decisions on what we eat every couple to few hours! Simply put-- nourishment goes beyond what is on our plate. I believe in a holistic approach to nutrition that encompasses not just what we eat, but how it impacts us physically, mentally, and emotionally. I believe having a healthy relationship with food can help us move towards our health-related goals, allowing us to lead fulfilling lives. I am passionate in helping YOU achieve the healthiest relationship with food so you can reduce the food noise and find joy in eating and nourishing again.
Your first session with Tiffany
In our first session, my goal is to build trust with you. This time is yours! We will use the first session to get to know one another. I will ask questions regarding your current health, lifestyle, struggles and goals. We will then finish off our first session by discussing next steps until we meet again. I look forward to seeing how I can best support you and keep you accountable.
