About Tiffany
Hi! I'm Tiffany, a registered dietitian with 17 years of experience. I've always been fascinated by how our food choices and daily habits affect our health and well-being. During grad school, I knew I wanted to work with people interested in weight management and bariatric surgery—and I was lucky to land a job at a bariatric clinic right after my internship. Since then, I’ve worked as both a bariatric dietitian and a bariatric coordinator. In recent years, I’ve developed a strong passion for women’s health—especially during perimenopause and menopause. I know firsthand how frustrating and confusing that transition can be, and how hard it is to get clear, supportive answers. I’m here to help my patients navigate this stage with evidence-based guidance that can ease symptoms, support graceful aging, and reduce long-term health risks. This phase of life has been kept quiet for too long—it’s time we talk about how to feel our best and thrive through these years!
Approach to care
My approach to patient care is centered on understanding your unique needs and circumstances. We will collaborate to develop a sustainable plan that empowers you to achieve your health goals. My commitment to active listening and creating a comfortable environment fosters open communication, essential for addressing any concerns or challenges. I believe in accountability and will provide ongoing support to ensure your progress. Together, we can build a healthier future.
Your first session with Tiffany
During our first session I want to really get to know you. I will review your paperwork and ask additional questions so I have a clear understanding of your lifestyle, typical day, food preferences, etc. I pride myself on meeting my patients where they are. You will leave our first session with at least 2-3 goals. If you are a "numbers person" then I will give you specific goals. However, if the thought of logging your food causes panic then I will not make that one of your goals.

Hobbies
My favorite is to travel to new places with my husband and children. I especially enjoy trying new cuisines. In my spare time you can usually find me at my kid's practices or sporting events (IYKYK). But, if I truly have free time I enjoy reading, watching reality tv, and taking my golden retriever, Ollie, on walks. You might even see him during our sessions!
