About Tiffany

I’m a dedicated dietitian from Texas, passionate about all things nutrition! Being half-Taiwanese, I carry with me a deep appreciation for diverse cultures and flavors. Growing up in Texas, I’ve come to love the rich food traditions here, and I bring that love into my practice. I’m also a proud wife and mother, raising two beautiful children alongside my husband, and they inspire me every day to help others lead healthier, happier lives.

My mission is to empower my patients to achieve their health goals without sacrificing the foods they love. A nutritious lifestyle doesn’t have to be restrictive—it should be vibrant, flavorful, and enjoyable! I believe in building small, positive habits over time to create lasting change. My approach is all about finding balance: you can enjoy your favorite foods while still nourishing your body. Our first session is all about you! I’ll take the time to get to know your lifestyle, hobbies, and of course, your nutrition habits. We’ll dive into how different aspects of your life connect to your food choices, and I’ll work with you to develop a healthy relationship with food that fits seamlessly into your daily routine. My goal is to help you reach your health objectives in a way that feels natural and sustainable, no matter what your lifestyle looks like.
