About Tiger

Hi, I'm Tiger! I'm a Registered Dietitian based in New York City, and I’ve been practicing for about a year. I earned my MS in Nutrition and Exercise Physiology, and I’ve worked in private practice and community health. My days include helping people navigate nutrition and my nights revolve around cooking and exercise, from private omakase experiences to bouldering, pickleball, and hosting dinner parties. I’m also a gamer- PokĆ©mon and Hearthstone are my favorites! As a recovering bulimia patient, I know how hard this journey can be, and I bring empathy, realism, and a willingness to learn from your story as we work toward healthier, sustainable habits together.

Approach to care

My care is evidence-based, but never cold. I ground my guidance in current science while staying deeply empathetic and warm. I believe in direct, action-oriented steps that you can actually live with, not pressure to be perfect. I practice a weight-neutral, HAES-inspired approach that focuses on behavior, joy, and sustainable change rather than quick fixes. I see you as a whole person with unique values, goals, and routines, and I’ll help you build knowledge and confidence so you can navigate food and health long term.

Your first session with Tiger

Our first session is all about you. We'll create a judgment-free space where we explore your relationship with food, your goals, and any barriers you’ve faced. Think of it as a conversation, not an evaluation, and you don’t need to have it all figured out yet. Together, we’ll outline 1 or 2 realistic short-term goals and start a practical plan you can begin before our next meeting. I’ll listen, share ideas, and we’ll decide the path that fits your life and values.
