About Timothy
Nutrition and movement have shaped my life since my collegiate playing days. I bring 10 years as an RDN and CSSD, along with an MS in Human Nutrition and a BS in Exercise Science, to work across Division 1, professional, and recreational athletics and in private practice. That mix helps me tailor sports-informed strategies for everyday goals like weight loss or better energy. When I’m not working I’m cooking, lifting, shooting hoops, or spending time with my wife and son, which keeps my approach practical and rooted in real life.
Approach to care
I use current science to guide straightforward, practical plans that fit your life. We'll focus on sustainable habits rather than quick fixes. I’m direct and action-oriented, so we’ll set clear, measurable steps, but I’m also warm and nonjudgmental, listening to the whole person. My goal is to educate and empower you, so you leave each visit understanding the why behind the choices we make together.
Your first session with Timothy
The first appointment is a collaborative conversation where we’ll review your medical history and talk through what you want to change. You don’t need to have all the answers before we meet. We’ll go over past successes and challenges, clarify short-term goals that feel doable, and outline immediate next steps. My aim is to make this low-pressure and practical, so we can start building momentum together without overwhelm.
