About Tina

Hi, I’m Tina Bode, MS, RD, LD, CNSC, a Registered Dietitian with a heart for helping people heal, feel balanced, and thrive through nutrition and lifestyle care. My approach is grounded in compassion, evidence-based practice, and a genuine belief that food is both medicine and a means of connection. With experience as a Clinical Nutrition Manager at a hospital in Santa Fe, I’ve worked across various areas, including outpatient care, rehabilitation, and long-term care. Earlier in my career, I supported maternal and infant health as a prenatal nutritionist and lactation counselor. I also bring a unique perspective as a U.S. Navy veteran and a certified yoga teacher, blending structure, mindfulness, and empathy in my approach to care.

Approach to care

I believe nutrition care should meet you where you are. During our work together, I’ll take the time to understand your story, your goals, challenges, and lifestyle, and build a realistic plan that supports both your physical health and emotional well-being. I value open dialogue, curiosity, and creating a space where you feel heard and supported. Whether you’re managing a health condition, seeking to improve your relationship with food, or just want to feel more energized and confident, we’ll take this journey step by step, with progress, not perfection, as the goal.

Your first session with Tina

In our first session, we’ll talk about what’s important to you, your health history, eating patterns, goals, and daily habits. From there, I’ll create a personalized nutrition plan that feels practical and doable for your life. You’ll leave with clear, actionable steps and the reassurance that you’re not doing this alone.
