Hi! I’m Tina, a registered dietitian with a mission to help others feel their best through the power of nutrition. My personal journey with Hashimoto's & thyroid conditions has given me a deeper understanding of how crucial it is to nourish the body with the right foods to feel energized and well-balanced. When I’m not helping clients create healthy, sustainable eating habits, you’ll likely find me playing board games with my kids, exploring new places through travel, or walking with friends enjoying the sunshine. I’m dedicated to supporting people on their wellness journeys, whether it’s managing a health condition or simply improving everyday well-being. Your first session with Tina

During your first session, we’ll take a deep dive into understanding you in a safe, nonjudgemental space—your health goals, lifestyle, eating habits, and any specific challenges you're facing. I want to make sure I’m not just giving you generic advice, but instead offering personalized guidance that fits your unique needs. Together, we'll come up with a strategy, and set some goals to start making progress toward your long term goal. We can also talk about meal planning tips, simple recipes, & possible roadblocks. We'll also set an appointment for a follow up for accountability and more support. My goal is that you'll have a clear understanding of where you want to go, and the steps to get there. I want you to feel empowered, supported, and confident in taking the next step toward feeling your best!
