About Tina
I am a registered dietitian with a passion for helping people build a healthy relationship with food. I have over 30 years of experience in clinical nutrition. I have worked in the hospital setting (19 years), outpatient setting (10+ years) and as a renal dietitian for the past 10 years. I specialize in renal/kidney disease, weight management, cardiovascular health, and mindful eating.
Approach to care
I believe in creating realistic, personalized plans that fit each client’s lifestyle and medical diagnoses to help make healthy living both achievable and enjoyable. I have dedicated my career to empowering individuals and families to make informed food choices. Shopping, cooking, staying active and researching diets has always been a passion of mine.
Your first session with Tina
During our first session, I would like to obtain your health/medical history, medication history, current dietary/lifestyle habits and learn what you hope to achieve from our sessions. Please share your personal health priorities and any specific concerns you have. We will work together to develop a realistic strategy to improve both your health and achieve weight goals.
