About Toni
I’m a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with over a decade of experience supporting individuals across a wide variety of ages and health backgrounds. Throughout my career, I’ve helped clients navigate diabetes, heart disease, kidney disease, weight concerns, and malnutrition with practical guidance and compassionate care.
Approach to care
My approach blends evidence-based medical nutrition therapy with a holistic perspective shaped by my ongoing studies in herbalism and functional medicine. I believe in treating the whole person—mind, body, and lifestyle—and partnering with clients to uncover the root causes behind their health challenges.
Your first session with Toni
In our first session together, my goal is to get to know you—not just your health concerns, but your story, your goals, and what matters most in your day-to-day life. We’ll start by having conversation about your medical history, current symptoms, eating habits, lifestyle, and any challenges you’ve been facing. This helps me understand the full picture so we can begin identifying the root causes behind what you're experiencing. Next I’ll ask questions with curiosity, support, and an intention to help you feel heard. We’ll also talk about your goals and what you’d like to achieve (ex: managing a condition like diabetes or kidney disease, improving energy, supporting digestion, building healthy habits, etc. At the end of the appointment, you will have: 1. A clear, personalized plan outlining your first steps. 2. Realistic, achievable goals we set together. 3. Education and guidance specific to your needs and medical conditions. 4. Personalized support.
