About Tori
Hi! I'm Tori, a registered dietitian nutritionist. Born and raised in West Texas, I briefly left the area and moved to Northwest Arkansas for my undergraduate degree, but moved back to my home to pursue my Master's degree and certification to become a registered dietitian. I love spending time with my family, hiking, and traveling. I am passionate about nutrition and helping people learn how to fuel their bodies so that they can pursue their own passions and feel good while doing it.
Approach to care
I believe that nutrition is imperative to life. The food that we eat provides our bodies with the energy we need to complete daily tasks. My goal is to help you create a positive relationship with food that also helps you to feel good in your body, and learn to love nourishing it.
Your first session with Tori
Our first session will be a discussion geared toward me learning about you. We will discuss your current lifestyle, health history, symptoms, and overall goals. This will give me the context I need to support you effectively in order to empower you in meeting your goals.
