About Tori
I've been a dietitian for about 8 years, and I've drawn this conclusion: food can and should be an enjoyable part of your life! It's been my mission to help people like you to find clarity around what WORKS. That means - the types of foods you eat, the amount of time you spend in the kitchen, finding joy in moving your body, and how to fit all this into YOUR lifestyle!
Approach to care
I encourage behavior change in small steps that lead to lasting results. I'm empathetic to the struggles associated with food and nutrition, but I have an upbeat attitude and inspire confidence in my clients that making changes is possible! Additionally, holding space for accountability is a big part of my job to help you reach your goals.
Your first session with Tori
I'll want to spend plenty of time getting to know you. Not just what you eat, but how you like to spend your time, what you struggle with, and what you value in life. This will help us determine a big-picture overview of what making healthy changes means to YOU - then we can start working on the small steps you'll need to achieve your goals.
