Hi, Iām Tori Parsons, a Registered Dietitian at Nourish. Iām passionate about helping people build a healthy relationship with food in a way that feels sustainable and enjoyable. My approach is all about meeting you where you areāwhether youāre looking to manage a health condition, improve your energy, or just feel better overall. With a background in developing curriculum for local culinary nutrition non-profits, I love combining science-based nutrition with real-life strategies that actually work for you.

I absolutely love pilates, cycling, and rock climbing -- I've completed a few triathlons, including a Half Ironman! Currently my days are filled with baking sourdough (I own an at home micro-bakery!), going to the dog park with our pup, and spending time with my husband and 5 month old :)
