About Tori
Hi, I'm a Registered Dietitian passionate about helping individuals build sustainable, nourishing habits for long-term health. I specialize in fertility and prenatal nutrition, PCOS, and endometriosis, using a compassionate, evidence-based approach. With three years in corporate wellness, I've also supported clients with diabetes, heart disease, and general nutrition goals, guiding realistic weight management and lifestyle changes. I believe nutrition should be empowering and kind-not confusing and restrictive.
Approach to care
My approach to care is holistic and focused on realistic, sustainable changes. I work with you to set achievable goals, provide education you can feel confident using, and offer accountability along the way. Each session is tailored to your individual needs and grounded in evidence-based nutrition, while also considering all aspects of your well-being- including physical activity, sleep habits, and stress management.
Your first session with Tori
During your first session, we'll get to know each other and lay the foundation for our work together. We'll review your current eating habits, daily routine, health history, and main concerns, along with what you hope to achieve by working with me. I'll ask about your medical history, medications and supplements, relevant lab work, and what you've already tried to better understand what has and hasn't worked. We'll also discuss short- and long-term goals, identify potential barriers, and begin building a realistic, personalized plan that fits your needs and lifestyle. The session is designed to feel supportive and collaborative, so you leave feeling heard, confident, and clear on next steps.
