About Torye

Hi, I’m Torye Seidler — Registered Dietitian, Navy veteran, personal trainer, and lifelong nutrition enthusiast. My passion for nutrition became personal after my PCOS diagnosis and IVF journey. I know how frustrating it feels to do “everything right” and still not have answers. That experience drives me to be the person I wish I had, someone who cuts through the noise, validates your struggles, and helps you feel at home in your body. Before becoming an RD, I was a professional bodybuilder and ran my own fitness business, where I learned the power of meeting people where they are and celebrating progress, not perfection. I don’t fit the traditional mold-tattoos and all—and I believe in creating a judgment-free space that honors your body, culture, and goals. My approach blends science with real-life strategies so you can build sustainable habits that support the life you want.

Approach to care

My approach is all about working as a team to help you feel heard, supported, and empowered. I believe real change happens when we honor your body, your culture, and your values—not follow a cookie-cutter plan. I practice through an inclusive, weight-neutral lens and believe your health is about so much more than a number on a scale. We’ll consider everything from nutrition to sleep, and both your mental and physical well-being, in our work together. My goal is to help you understand what’s going on in your body so you can make informed choices that truly fit your life. Together, we’ll build a foundation that supports your health for long-term success.

Your first session with Torye

Our first session is all about you. We’ll talk about your medical history, lifestyle, relationship with food, frustrations, and goals. This will help me understand what matters most to you and what’s been getting in the way, all in a non-judgmental space where your experiences and goals are respected. From there, we’ll work together to set 1–2 realistic, personalized goals that give you a clear next step without feeling overwhelmed. Together, we’ll build a strong foundation backed by science, compassion, and understanding to set you up for long-term success. Remember, your goals matter, and your story deserves to be heard.
