About Tracey
Hi, I’m Tracey. I’m a Registered Dietitian with eight years of experience, blending clinical hospital care and private practice to help people build healthier habits that last. I earned a Bachelors in Nutrition and a Master's in Family and Consumer Sciences. I am a board certified specialist in renal nutrition, but help people with all medical backgrounds. When I’m not at the desk, you’ll find me swimming, trail running, reading, binging true crime shows, or enjoying time with my dogs. I believe nutrition should feel human, realistic, and supportive, fitting your life and your goals rather than the other way around.
Approach to care
My care is built on evidence-based practice and warm, nonjudgmental support. I’ll translate the latest science into practical steps we can implement together, focusing on sustainable changes rather than quick fixes. I work through prioritizing behaviors, wellbeing, and your relationship with food, rather than only focusing on numbers on a scale. We’ll look at the whole picture, including sleep, stress, activity, and family or work life, to create a plan that fits you. You can expect clear guidance, collaborative decision making, and ongoing education that empowers you to own your health with confidence and grace.
Your first session with Tracey
Our first appointment is a conversation about you. We’ll review your medical history and any lab work or biometrics, then discuss short-term goals and what you want to change. You don’t need to have it all figured out before we meet. I’ll listen, ask questions, and help you articulate realistic steps that fit your life. Together we’ll set 1-2 achievable targets and map out how we’ll track progress. Most importantly, you’ll feel heard, supported, and equipped to begin making one small, lasting change.
