About Tracy
With more than 25 years as a Registered Dietitian, I support individuals in reconnecting with their bodies and finding balance with food. I specialize in disordered eating and eating disorders, sports nutrition, body image challenges, GI health, weight concerns, heart health, and menopause. My work is grounded in intuitive eating, mindfulness, and understanding hunger, fullness, and motivation with a non-diet approach. I partner with clients to create realistic, sustainable changesāhelping you feel stronger, healthier, and more at ease with food so you can show up as your best self.
Approach to care
No two people have the same history, goals, or needs. I tailor care to you, taking into account your medical background, lifestyle, relationship with food, movement patterns, stress, and life stage. Plans are flexible, realistic, and designed to evolve with you. Rather than rigid rules or diets, my approach centers on intuitive eating and mindful awareness. We work on recognizing hunger and fullness cues, honoring cravings, improving body trust, and reducing guilt or anxiety around food - supporting both physical and emotional health.
Your first session with Tracy
Getting to know each other is my top priority in our first session. Trust is essential, and building that relationship early sets the foundation for meaningful progress. Iāll ask thoughtful questions to understand you, your history, and your goals - and I encourage you to ask questions too. From there, weāll discuss how I can best support you by utilizing my clinical judgment, identifying priorities, and begin outlining a personalized, realistic path forwardāsetting the stage for meaningful, lasting change.
