About Tracy
Hi, I’m Tracy, and I’m glad you’re here. I earned my BS in Nutrition & Dietetics from Keiser University and have spent the last 10 years practicing as a Registered Dietitian in clinical and hospital settings. My approach blends science with warmth and I love translating complex nutrition into doable steps. When I’m not meeting with clients, you’ll find me hiking, reading, or enjoying quality time with my family. I’m excited to learn your story and support your goals.
Approach to care
My care philosophy blends evidence-based practice with empathetic support. We’ll translate the latest research into practical, sustainable steps that fit your life, not a diet plan you can’t maintain. I practice with a weight-neutral, HAES-informed mindset and a holistic view that honors mood, sleep and stress alongside food. Education is central to our work, so you feel confident to make informed choices and build lasting habits.
Your first session with Tracy
Our first appointment is a warm, judgment-free conversation built for you. We’ll review your medical history and talk through your routines, preferences, and goals at a pace that feels comfortable. Together, we’ll establish short-term goals that are specific and achievable. You don’t need to have it all figured out before we meet; I’ll guide the conversation and help you feel empowered to take the next small steps.
