About Tracy
I've been a registered dietitian for over 30 years, and earned my doctoral degree in human nutrition about 20 years ago. I'm passionate about communicating evidenced-based nutrition messages to patients, their families, and other health care professionals, as well as providing medical nutrition therapy to clients of all ages for chronic disease prevention and management.
Approach to care
The key word in my approach with clients is PERSONALIZED. There is no one-size-fits-all approach when it comes to modifying our eating habits. I believe in starting right where a person is on their health journey, and then guiding them on how to incorporate and maintain healthy, sustainable nutrition habits.
Your first session with Tracy
My approach to working with people is to start by getting to know more about them, including their health goals, personal eating habits, and daily activities and interests. Then we work together to identify areas in their diet habits they'd like to improve. I provide ongoing guidance and support as they create and build upon doable action steps for sustained nutrition changes that support achievement of their health goals.
