About Tracy
Food and movement shape how I live and how I counsel. Over 20 years as a Registered Dietitian have taken me from corporate wellness to community health, teaching nutrition classes for school-aged and adult learners and providing one-on-one counseling in person and remotely. I hold both a bachelor's and master's degree in dietetics and practice as an RDN and LDN with an MHS. When I step away from the work I dance professionally, cook, hunt for the best restaurants to recommend to patients traveling around the country, read, and serve folks in my Jacksonville community while investing in my family's physical, mental, and spiritual health. My own experience managing Type 2 Diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, obesity, and emotional eating keeps my guidance practical and compassionate.
Approach to care
I root recommendations in current science while centering the whole person. You'll find evidence-based strategies explained in plain language, and we'll translate them into sustainable habits that fit your life. This is a weight-neutral, behavior-focused practice where we prioritize health at every size, not quick fixes. We'll set clear, practical steps and track progress together, with warmth and no judgment. Education and direct action matter to me, and I bring empathy and real-world experience so that change feels doable and lasts.
Your first session with Tracy
Our first visit is a relaxed, collaborative conversation. We'll review your medical history and any lab work or biometrics, talk about routines and struggles, and establish a couple of short-term, achievable goals we'll use to build momentum. You do not need to have it all figured out. Whether we meet in clinic or remotely, I'll listen, teach where helpful, and leave you with practical next steps and permission for grace as you work toward lasting change.
