About Tracy

Tired of trying things that don't work? Feeling frustrated? With me, you get 2 for 1 - licensed nutritionist AND certified personal trainer. My BS is in Nutrition from Univ. of New Hampshire then a 1-year internship at Mt. Auburn Hosp. Cambridge, MA. My master's is in Nutrition from Univ. of New Haven. I've worked with thousands of clients. Member: Acad. of Nutrition & Dietetics, MA Dietetic Assoc., Nat'l Council on Strength & Fitness & Certificate in Sports Nutrition. MISSION: To help YOU reach YOUR goals. VALUES: Acting ethically and treating you with dignity. Your trust and my integrity mean the most to me. VISION: Meeting you where you are at to reach YOUR goals!

Approach to care

I will: *Provide information in easy-to-understand language *Meet you where YOU are at *Tailor your program to YOUR needs *Offer feedback and accountability in a non-judgmental way *Create simple goals with you to achieve your desired outcomes *Offer meal plans if desired *Provide the latest science so you understand the why too

Your first session with Tracy

Our 1st session is a review of things you've tried before with nutrition, and if applicable, medications/medical issues, etc. It is very helpful to me if you keep a food log for a few days prior to our visit(s), not for me to 'judge' what you are eating but to get a baseline. This is like a roadmap. We can't figure out where we want to go or how to get there until we know our starting point? First visits are usu. 55 minutes. We'll discuss your goals and action steps. I will send a summary. Follow ups are usu. 25-40 minutes. Those who meet weekly get better results; sometimes when least 'feel' like meeting is when you need it most! Those who do at least 12 weeklies achieve goals faster.
