About Tricia
Tricia Stoddard is a Registered and Licensed Dietitian based out of the Austin, Texas area. While moving all over the country as a military spouse, she has worked with a wide variety of patients and disease states ranging from pediatrics and sports nutrition to chronic gastrointestinal conditions and beyond. Having worked with thousands of patients over the past decade, Tricia is confident in her role as a dietitian to support you on your individualized health journey.

Tricia uses a positive and engaging method to health and wellness that allows her to connect with patients of all ages. As a dietitian, her mission is to encourage and guide patients to take control of their health through education, creativity, and a growth mindset in order to build foundational habits that create sustainable change. Whether she is inspiring your picky eater, relieving your GI symptoms, or fueling your workouts, Tricia’s approach incorporates practical, evidence-based, and easy to follow recommendations that prioritize your lifestyle and personalized goals.
Your first session with Tricia
At your initial session, Tricia will do a comprehensive assessment that dives into many different aspects of your health, such as medical history, food and nutrition habits, sleep, activity level, stress, etc. Next, she will elaborate on and confirm current goals as well as barriers based on this assessment and walk you through the 'pillars' of your personalized nutrition plan. At the end of your session, Tricia will help create actionable steps and review any goals to work on until your next session.
