About Tristan
Hi, I’m Tristan—a Registered Dietitian with a Master’s in Clinical Nutrition. I’ve worked with clients from all walks of life for the past four years and previously spent five years owning and operating a restaurant, creating meals that nourish and satisfy. My focus areas include weight loss, intuitive eating, blood sugar management, PCOS, menopause & post-partum nutrition, gut health & IBS, and overall diet optimization. Outside of work, I love swimming, biking, and nordic skiing, and I’m a proud mom to a baby daughter. I’m passionate about food that supports health and brings joy, and I believe balance is essential. I became a dietitian to help people make informed, lasting changes that support their long-term health—because good nutrition can make a big difference. And honestly, I just love food—the science, the creativity, and the joy it brings.

I want to understand what’s most important to you so we can create a personalized, flexible plan that fits your real life. Expect a judgment-free, collaborative space where your input is valued. By the end of our session, we’ll set a few realistic goals that feel doable—and that set the foundation for continued progress.
