About Tristan

Hi, I’m Tristan—a Registered Dietitian with a Master’s in Clinical Nutrition. I’ve worked with clients from all walks of life for the past four years and previously spent five years owning and operating a restaurant, creating meals that nourish and satisfy. My focus areas include weight loss, intuitive eating, blood sugar management, PCOS, menopause & post-partum nutrition, gut health & IBS, and overall diet optimization. Outside of work, I love swimming, biking, and nordic skiing, and I’m a proud mom to a baby daughter. I’m passionate about food that supports health and brings joy, and I believe balance is essential. I became a dietitian to help people make informed, lasting changes that support their long-term health—because good nutrition can make a big difference. And honestly, I just love food—the science, the creativity, and the joy it brings.

Approach to care

I believe in a personalized, collaborative approach to nutrition. My style is supportive yet realistic, with an emphasis on meeting you where you are. We’ll work together to understand your goals, motivations, and any challenges you’re facing, so your nutrition plan feels both practical and meaningful to you. My role is part coach, part guide—I’ll help you set small, achievable goals each session and hold you accountable while we troubleshoot obstacles and adjust your plan along the way. I believe in building sustainable habits over time, not quick fixes.

Your first session with Tristan

Your first session is all about you. We’ll take time to get to know one another and dive into your health history, current habits, goals, and lifestyle. I want to understand what’s most important to you so we can create a personalized, flexible plan that fits your real life. Expect a judgment-free, collaborative space where your input is valued. By the end of our session, we’ll set a few realistic goals that feel doable—and that set the foundation for continued progress.
