About Tylar

Hello! My name is Tylar, and my journey into nutrition began during my time as a collegiate athlete, where I saw firsthand how powerful proper fueling can be for both performance and overall health. Since then, I’ve had the opportunity to work with athletes of all levels, from high schoolers to Division I collegiate athletes to active adults, helping them optimize their performance through individualized nutrition strategies. I’m passionate about empowering people to use nutrition as a tool to get healthier and achieve their personal goals, because I believe there’s no one-size-fits-all approach. I especially enjoy working with athletes and anyone committed to an active lifestyle.

My approach to care as a dietitian is centered on realistic, achievable goals that fit seamlessly into your life. I believe nutrition should be personalized to your preferences, schedule, and lifestyle so it feels sustainable rather than overwhelming. I focus on small, meaningful steps that build confidence and momentum over time, helping you enjoy the journey instead of feeling restricted. Above all, my care style is supportive and empowering, giving you the tools, education, and encouragement you need to make lasting changes and feel confident in your choices.

Your first session with Tylar

Your first session is all about getting to know you and creating a strong foundation for your nutrition plan. During this approximately one-hour appointment, we’ll discuss your goals, current habits, food preferences, medical history, and any concerns you may have, along with anything else you feel is important to share. This information helps guide a nutrition plan that’s realistic, personalized, and built to support your lifestyle. You will leave feeling confident in the steps ahead! In follow-up sessions, we will focus on reviewing and adjusting your plan, celebrating progress by checking off goals, addressing new challenges as they arise, and providing the ongoing support and accountability you need to stay on track and achieve your goals.
