About Tyler

Hey! I'm Tyler Preston, a Registered Dietitian and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, extremely passionate about all things food and activity. I love discussing nutrition, brainstorming recipes, and taste-testing any international cuisines I can get my hands on. I'm fully dedicated to instilling a love for movement in my clients. Whether we're in the gym, playing a sport, or walking our dog, I truly believe we're our best selves when we move AND eat well. I was raised abroad (Germany -> Hong Kong -> Shanghai), educated in the States (LA -> NYC -> Nashville), and am excited to bring all those experiences to help you find the lifestyle that delivers everything you could ask for.

Your first session with Tyler

We'll start, like all great partnerships, by getting to know each other. Our session will include a comprehensive assessment, reviewing your history, interests, concerns, lifestyle, and habits. These details will ensure our approach to your short- and long-term goals is specific to your needs and way of life. By the end, we'll brainstorm the right plan for you to work on and, with each follow-up, develop your new health-centric lifestyle.
