Welcome! My name is Tyler Rolling, and I am a Registered Dietitian and Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor. I am passionate about helping people cultivate a balanced and nourishing relationship with food. My own journey into nutrition was fueled by a desire to help others break free from restrictive diets and rediscover the joy of eating. I believe food should be both nourishing and enjoyableânot a source of stress or guilt.
