I help with weight loss, weight gain, diabetes, heart health & chronic disease, and emotional eating & habit change Clients succeed with me because I have 20 years of personal training so I know how bodies actually change, 9 years as a registered dietitian so I use evidence-based systems not fad diets and 5 years in behavior & mental health so we fix the why, not just the food. I have done this for my own body and mind and If you’re ready to feel better, look better, and finally make progress — I’d love to work with you.

My approach blends nutrition, movement, and mindset so your progress actually sticks. Providing you with the proven techniques that you are not aware of. That means we work on the mental emotional side of eating - not Just what's on your plate; we teach you to build habits that fit your real life; and we focus on progress, not perfection that will get you to the results you desire. I use evidence-based nutrition (no fads or gimmicks); behavior-change psychology to break cycles like emotional eating, all-or-nothing thinking, and burnout; and fitness and metabolism expertise from 20 years of personal training Instead of giving you a rigid meal plan, I help you learn how to eat in a way that feels natural and sustainable; make confident choices anywhere — at home, work, or restaurants; and recover quickly from slip-ups without quitting or starting over.

Your first session with Tyree

Your first session is all about you — not judgment, not pressure, and not being told what you “should” do. We'll talk about your goals (weight, health, energy, confidence, and more); review your health history, lifestyle, and routines; explore your relationship with food, stress, and habits; identify what’s been holding you back — and what’s already working. You’ll leave with a clear plan you can actually follow; simple, realistic nutrition strategies; one or two small wins to start building momentum; and confidence about what to do next. Your first session is the first step in your journey to becoming a new you. Its about progressively creating a plan that fits your real life, your schedule, and your preferences the right way. You don’t need to be perfect — you just need to show up. We’ll build the rest together. 💙
