About Valentina
Hi, I’m Valentina! I’m a Registered Dietitian with a master’s degree in Dietetics and Nutrition. I’m passionate about helping people cultivate a positive, balanced relationship with food through a compassionate and individualized approach. My experience includes supporting clients with a wide range of nutrition concerns, including sports performance, eating disorder recovery, women’s health, and digestive issues. I believe that nutrition is deeply personal, and my goal is to create a supportive space where you feel understood and empowered to make choices that nourish both your body and mind.
Approach to care
My approach to patient care is compassionate, collaborative, and rooted in a non-diet, weight-inclusive philosophy. I meet each client where they are, taking the time to understand their unique goals, challenges, and relationship with food. I emphasize education, flexibility, and realistic strategies that fit each person’s lifestyle rather than rigid rules or restriction. Whether I’m supporting someone through eating disorder recovery, optimizing performance, managing digestive issues, or improving overall well-being, my goal is to help clients feel seen, supported, and confident in their ability to nourish themselves. I believe in progress over perfection and creating lasting habits that promote both physical and emotional health.
Your first session with Valentina
In our first session, we’ll spend time getting to know each other and exploring your health goals, eating habits, and any concerns you’d like to focus on. This is a judgment-free space where you can share openly — my role is to listen, support, and begin understanding your relationship with food, your body, and your overall well-being. We’ll discuss your medical history, lifestyle, and current routines to help identify what’s working well and where we can make meaningful, realistic changes. Together, we’ll create an initial plan that feels manageable and aligned with your goals. My priority is that you leave the session feeling supported, understood, and encouraged — with a clear idea of how we’ll move forward on your nutrition journey.
