About Valeria
As a passionate advocate for feeding toddlers and kids, I believe that nutrition is about more than just fueling the body—it's about creating a healthy relationship with food that lasts a lifetime. I’m dedicated to teaching parents and children that all foods can fit into their lifestyle, empowering them to make informed choices that support their well-being. I am also a firm believer in intuitive eating, I aim to foster an environment where kids listen to their bodies and learn to trust their hunger cues. I’m also a proud wife to my high school sweetheart and a mom to four amazing kids—all under the age of four! Life is busy, but I wouldn’t have it any other way. Whether I’m navigating toddler tantrums or diving into the latest research on childhood nutrition, I’m dedicated to making food fun, accessible, and nourishing for families.
Approach to care
My approach to care is rooted in personalization and a strong focus on individual goals. Every child is unique, so I tailor my strategies to meet the specific needs of each family. By understanding each child’s personality, preferences, and developmental stage, I create a plan that supports their growth in a natural and enjoyable way. I’m goal-oriented, always working with families to set achievable milestones that build healthy habits over time. I aim to make nutrition education accessible, fun, and sustainable for every family I work with, ensuring long-lasting positive changes.
Your first session with Valeria
During our first session, you can expect a comfortable, relaxed environment where you can truly be yourself. This is a nonjudgmental zone, and my goal is to get to know you. I want to hear your story, your challenges, and your victories. You’ll do most of the talking, as I take the time to listen and understand where you’re coming from. We’ll talk about your short- and long-term goals, and I’ll learn what a day in your life looks like. Together, we’ll create a plan that works for you and your family. I want you to feel like you’re chatting with a friend over coffee—no pressure, just an open conversation about how we can make nutrition a positive part of your life.
