About Vania

Hi, I’m Vania. I’m a Registered Dietitian with five years of experience, and I earned honors in Advanced Nutritional Science at UT Austin. I’ve worked in clinical hospital settings and in private practice, and I’ve had the privilege of helping clients and patients of all ages, from NICU babies to adults. My LD and RD postnominals reflect my training and commitment. Outside of work, I love walking my dog, traveling, and cooking delicious meals. I’m excited to get to know you and support your health goals with warmth and expertise.

We’ll work together with direct, actionable steps and clear accountability while honoring your values. My approach is holistic, considering sleep, stress, mood, and physical activity, and I’ll educate you along the way so you can confidently make informed decisions.

Your first session with Vania

Think of our first appointment as a conversation, not a test. We'll review your medical history, establish short-term goals, and review lab work and biometrics. We'll create a personalized meal plan together and do a deep dive into your relationship with food. I’ll provide personalized recommendations you can start implementing right away. This is a judgment-free, low-pressure space where we’ll meet you where you are. You don’t need to have everything figured out yet; we’ll take it step by step and set a realistic path forward.
