Hi, Iām Vanika, a Dietitian with over 6 years of experience. Iām passionate about helping women build sustainable healthy lifestyles. My focus is on pre/post-natal nutrition but I love to work with women at all stages, particularly on meal planning, weight management, and building a healthy relationship with food. I believe that living a healthy lifestyle doesnāt have to be complicated or feel like a chore. Itās all about finding balanceāenjoying nourishing meals while still savoring your favorite treats, and living joyfully while feeling good in your body.
