About Victor

I’m a bilingual Registered Dietitian and Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist with 10 years of experience in the field of nutrition. I provide Medical Nutrition Therapy in both English and Spanish, and have worked across clinical, outpatient, community, and telehealth settings. My expertise includes managing a broad range of conditions, with a strong focus on weight management, diabetes, cardiovascular health, renal disease, transplant nutrition, oncology, critical care, malnutrition, and gastrointestinal disorders such as gastritis, irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), pancreatitis, and fatty liver disease . I’m passionate about empowering patients through personalized, culturally responsive care that supports long-term health and self-management.

Approach to care

I take a patient-centered, culturally responsive approach rooted in empathy and education. I deliver tailored, evidence-based nutrition care in both English and Spanish to help clients manage complex conditions and build sustainable, long-term health.

Your first session with Victor

In our first session, we’ll take a deep dive into your health history, current concerns, lifestyle, and goals. I’ll ask questions to understand not just your medical background, but also your cultural preferences, daily routines, and any challenges you’re facing. Together, we’ll begin building a personalized nutrition plan that’s realistic, supportive, and aligned with your needs. Whether you’re managing a chronic condition or simply looking to feel better day-to-day, you can expect a respectful, judgment-free space—and a partner who’s here to help you every step of the way.
