About Victoria
Welcome! I'm excited you're here and interested in improving your nutrition. I've spent my career as a dietitian supporting a wide variety of people in their path to better nutrition. I've worked at a variety of power 4 conference colleges/universities with a wide variety of collegiate athletes. I've also worked in the community setting in chronic disease self management and diabetes management programs. Whether you're ready to approach your nutrition for the first time or you're just looking to make a few tweaks to optimize your athletic performance, I'm here to help you on your path.
Approach to care
The highlight of my approach to care is meeting each person where they are in their nutrition journey. Whether that means we spend more time going over recipes and cooking techniques, reviewing grocery store strategies, integrating evidence based supplements, etc. I'm here to help you reach your specific goals.
Your first session with Victoria
The first session is our opportunity to zero in on your goals! This is your time to tell me about yourself and what you really need from these sessions. We'll dive right in and you'll walk away with at least one actionable step to move you along your path to improving your nutrition.
