About Victoria

I’m a Registered Dietitian and NASM-Certified Personal Trainer with a focus on performance nutrition for endurance and hybrid athletes, as well as active individuals working toward overall health. As someone who trains for marathons and triathlons, fueling and movement are part of my everyday life and directly shape how I work with clients. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics from the University of Kentucky and have spent the past two years practicing as a Registered Dietitian in both clinical and telehealth settings in Columbus, Ohio. I enjoy helping individuals build sustainable fueling habits, develop practical strategies, and feel more confident around food so nutrition can support both their health and performance.
