About Victoria
Hi, I’m Victoria. I’m a bilingual Registered Dietitian with an MS in Clinical Nutrition from Rush University Medical Center, originally from Mexico where I’m also licensed. I work as an inpatient dietitian at Rush and have experience in private practice, supporting patients in applying evidence-based nutrition to real life. I look forward to supporting your health journey.
Approach to care
My care is rooted in evidence-based science and education. I believe it's important focusing on sustainable habits rather than quick fixes. I believe in holistic care which means considering sleep, stress, and your routine as part of nutrition, so you can create lasting changes. We'll work together, at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
Your first session with Victoria
Our first appointment is all about you. We'll take time to review your medical history, daily routines, and what you hope to achieve, along with any recent lab work, to get a clear picture of where you are today. There is no pressure to have everything figured out right away. This is simply a starting point. Together, we will identify one or two goals that are realistic, achievable, and sustainable for you.
