About Victoria
Hey there! I have been a practicing dietitian for the past 5 years. I have worked in a variety of areas to deepen my knowledge on nutrition and it's impact on the body. I have spent the past three years working in an outpatient oncology clinic, where I see a variety of patients ranging from those in active treatment to those in survivorship. I consistently counsel patients with various issues, including cancer, heart disease, hormone imbalances, gaining/losing weight, and overall healthy eating. Outside of work, I am a wife and a mom to a baby boy and a fur baby. We enjoy taking hikes and trying new restaurants as a family.
Approach to care
I integrate evidence-based recommendations with mindful eating to offer a holistic approach to nutrition counseling. My goal is to help you cultivate a healthier relationship with food and improve overall well-being. We will work together to focus on intuitive eating and sustainable lifestyle changes.
Your first session with Victoria
During our first session, we will get to know each other. Together, we will gather information about your nutrition goals, your past and current habits, and overall day-to-day routines. This information will help in developing an action plan to help you advance towards your goals successfully.
