About Victoria
Hi there! I’m a registered dietitian with over 5 years of experience helping individuals build a healthier relationship with food and feel their best. My background spans several areas of nutrition, allowing me to take a whole-person, evidence-based approach to care. For the past 3 years, I’ve worked in an outpatient oncology clinic, supporting patients through all stages of the cancer journey, from active treatment to long-term survivorship. I regularly counsel individuals managing a wide range of concerns, including cancer nutrition, heart health, hormone imbalances, weight changes, and sustainable, realistic healthy eating. I believe nutrition should feel empowering and I strive to meet each client where they are, creating personalized plans that fit real life. Outside of work, I’m a wife and mom to a baby boy (and a beloved fur baby!). As a family, we love getting outdoors for hikes and exploring new restaurants, which helps fuel my passion for balanced, enjoyable eating.
Approach to care
My approach blends evidence-based nutrition with mindful and intuitive eating principles to support both physical health and overall well-being. I focus on helping clients develop a positive, sustainable relationship with food, without restriction, guilt, or overwhelm. Together, we’ll explore your unique goals, preferences, and lifestyle to create realistic strategies that feel achievable long-term. Rather than quick fixes, our work centers on intuitive eating, sustainable habit changes, and building confidence around food choices that support your health and quality of life.
Your first session with Victoria
Our first session is all about getting to know you. We’ll take time to discuss your nutrition goals, health history, current eating habits, and day-to-day routines so I can better understand what’s important to you. From there, we’ll work together to identify priorities and begin creating a personalized, realistic action plan that supports your goals in a way that feels manageable and sustainable. You’ll leave the session with clear next steps and a supportive plan tailored to your lifestyle.
