Hi, I’m Victoria. I’m a Registered Dietitian with a Master of Science in Nutrition from California State University, and I bring 10 years of experience across clinical, private practice, and community health settings in Los Angeles. I work with people using an evidence-based, empathetic approach that honors your goals and lifestyle. My postnominals reflect my training and commitment to you: MS, CSR, LDN, RDN, LD, RD. When I’m not working with clients, you’ll find me camping or hiking with my two dogs, or enjoying time outdoors. I value real connection and practical nutrition you can actually sustain.

Your first session with Victoria
What to expect in your first appointment: Our session is all about you. We'll review your medical history, establish short-term goals, and review lab work and biometrics as available. We'll talk through your current eating patterns and daily routines, then map out a practical plan that fits your life. You don't need to have everything figured out yet; just show up as you are. Together we'll set 1 or 2 achievable steps for our next meeting.
