About Victoria
Hey, I'm Tori! Working in hospitals for 9 years has taught me that the best nutrition intervention is the one that is actually doable. With a background in surgery, oncology, and nutrition support (tube feeds/TPN), I specialize in translating complex science into straightforward, manageable strategies for my patients. I genuinely love the nerdy side of this job. Specifically, helping you understand the direct connection between your nutrition and how it impacts your labs, energy levels, and how your body heals.
Approach to care
I don't believe in "bad foods," unnecessary restrictions, or a complicated routine. Instead, I focus on diet expansion. Let's work together to figure out what simple, practical habits can ensure you're properly fueled, even while navigating complex medical needs.
Your first session with Victoria
Our first session is about getting to know you. I want to hear your story, the challenges you're facing, and what you hope to achieve. We'll move at a speed that works for you in a judgment-free space. You don’t need to have all the answers on day one. Together, we'll identify attainable 'quick wins' that act as building blocks toward the bigger, lasting changes you're looking for.
