About Victoria

I'm a Registered Dietitian with a Master of Science in Clinical Nutrition from Boston University. I have experience across high school, collegiate, and professional sports, as well as hospital, rehab, and outpatient settings. As a competitive runner and CrossFit athlete, who has dealt with injury, I understands the demands of performance nutrition firsthand. I currently work as the Sports and Eating Disorder Dietitian at Athlete EDGE in Denver where I serve a wide variety of athletes recovering from eating difficulties. I previously worked with West Virginia University Division I teams, provided clinical nutrition for bariatric surgery, cancer rehab, and general health, and supported the Boston Celtics during their 2023 Eastern Conference Finals and 2024 NBA Championship seasons.

Approach to care

My approach to nutrition care is rooted in meeting each patient where they are. I take time to understand their unique goals, preferences, and challenges, building trust through open conversation and active listening. By learning about their daily routines, cultural background, and personal motivations, I can create practical, individualized nutrition plans that fit their life, not just their diagnosis. This approach allows me to support meaningful, sustainable changes that promote both health and quality of life.

Your first session with Victoria

Our first session is all about getting to know you. We’ll talk about your health history, current eating habits, lifestyle, and goals: both short- and long-term. I’ll ask questions to better understand your routines, preferences, and any challenges you’re facing. Together, we’ll identify your priorities and outline an initial plan that feels realistic and manageable. This is a collaborative process, so you’ll have plenty of opportunities to share your thoughts, ask questions, and guide the conversation. You’ll leave with a clear next step and a sense of how we’ll work together moving forward.
