About Victoria
I’m Victoria, I’ve been working as a dietitian for 7 years now. I really enjoy helping people through nutrition whether we’re focusing on improving your relationship with food, managing weight, improving lab values and overall health, or improving your confidence with nutrition knowledge.
Approach to care
I’m very patient-centered - your goals are my goals and I really want to help your reach those nutrition goals with an approach that is realistic to you. I’ll always meet you were you’re at in you’re nutrition journey! I like to focus on small changes that over time will result in larger successes.
Your first session with Victoria
Your first session will be a thorough assessment where I gather information related to what you’re hoping to get out of meeting with a dietitian, your nutrition goals, relevant background information (weight, labs, GI symptoms, exercise routine, relevant family history, etc.), gather a diet recall and discuss any previous nutrition interventions you’ve trialed, if any. From there we will go over relevant nutrition education and recommendations and set the framework for how we will reach your goals. At the end of the first session we will set some goals for you to focus on until your next session.
Education
I have a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from Florida State University, a Master of Science in Dietetics and Nutrition from Florida International University and a Master of Public Health in Nutrition and Dietetics from University of South Florida
Hobbies
