About Victoria
Hi, Iâm a registered dietitian who believes healthy eating should feel goodânot like another thing on your to-do list. I started my career as a nutrition support dietitian in the clinical world, but these days, I bring that same expertise to a more down-to-earth, whole-life approach to health.
Approach to care
I focus on sustainable lifestyle shifts that fit your real life, and Iâm all about adding nourishing foods you enjoy instead of obsessing over what to cut out. I know that food isnât the whole pictureâsleep, movement, and stress management all play a role in how you feel, so weâll work on those pieces too.
Your first session with Victoria
Your first session is all about getting to know youâyour goals, your lifestyle, and your relationship with food. Weâll talk about your typical eating patterns, sleep, exercise, stress levels, and anything else that might be impacting your health. Iâll ask questions, but thereâs no judgmentâthis is a safe space to be honest and real. By the end of the session, youâll walk away with a clear understanding of where weâre starting from, a few practical steps you can put into action right away, and a game plan for how weâll work together moving forward. Think of it as a collaborative conversation, not a lecture.
