About Victoria
Hi! My name is Victoria Thomas. I graduated with a Bachelorās of Science in Nutrition and Food Science from Georgia Southern University in Statesboro, Georgia. After graduating, I completed my dietetic internship through Georgia Southern University. I began working as a registered dietitian at an outpatient hospital facility as a weight management dietitian. Recently, I graduated from The University of Alabama with a Masterās of Science in Human Nutrition.
Approach to care
My approach is compassionate and non-judgmental, aiming to empower my clients to make intuitive choices about their eating habits. By fostering a positive and respectful relationship with food, my clients can achieve their goals in a way that promotes long-term health and well-being.
Your first session with Victoria
In your first session, my primary goal is to get to know YOU! We will review your primary reason for booking your appointment, relevant medical history, diet-related issues or concerns, food allergies, medications, and recent bloodwork. Once this is complete, we can discuss nutrition topics, you can ask any questions, and we can review helpful resources. To wrap up your appointment, you can make one or two goals to work on until your next visit that will be realistic and sustainable for YOU!
