About Victoria
Iβm Tori Vasko, MS, RD, CNSC, a Registered Dietitian who believes nutrition should feel supportive, not overwhelming. With a background in clinical care, teaching, and recipe development, I help you understand what to eat, why it matters, and how to make changes that actually last.
Approach to care
I believe nutrition should enhance your life, not complicate it. My approach is collaborative, judgment-free, and tailored to your real life. The way we eat can be a reflection of our culture, habits, values, health, season of life, and more. I take a holistic approach to help you integrate new ways of eating in a way that feels actually doable, and even exciting!
Your first session with Victoria
In your first session, we will dig into your "why". I find that really getting into how your goals align with your values helps to create a path forward that you feel energized by. Together, we will discuss your personal health goals, medical history, and actual daily life to create a practical and realistic action plan.
