About Victorine
A wellness curator by day and a playground pioneer in the afternoons, I bring 12 years of experience as a Registered Dietitian to every conversation. With an MS in Nutrition and Food Science and credentials as an RDN and CDCES, I’ve worked in hospitals, corporate wellness programs, and community health. I'm a proud mama of two toddlers, so I value practical, realistic strategies that fit busy lives. I love a warm cup of coffee, time outdoors, and a good book, and I use those human moments to connect with patients and create sustainable change together.
Approach to care
Food and health are guided by science and shaped by daily life. I use evidence-based strategies while staying warm and judgment-free, so we can translate research into things that actually work for you. My care is weight-neutral and behavior-focused, honoring mental, emotional, and physical factors. We'll learn together, set clear, actionable steps, and build lasting habits. I aim to educate and empower you, giving practical tools and accountability without pressure or fad solutions.
Your first session with Victorine
We'll begin by reviewing your medical history and any lab work or biometrics, then take a deep dive into your relationship with food and daily routines. I want to hear about your wins, frustrations, and what matters most to you. Together we'll establish short-term, realistic goals and outline practical next steps you can try at home. This visit is low-pressure and judgment-free, designed to leave you with clarity, direction, and confidence to make sustainable changes.
