Having navigated PCOS, prediabetes, and high cholesterol myself, I bring both professional expertise and genuine empathy to every session—you don’t have to figure this out alone. I hold a Certificate of Training in Obesity for Pediatrics and Adults and specialize in supporting clients using GLP-1 medications, helping them maximize results while protecting muscle mass, meeting nutrition needs, and supporting long-term metabolic health.
