About Viktoria
Welcome to my nutrition counseling practice where I enjoy helping people improve their relationships with food and nutrition through a wholesome approach tailored to the individual. I believe it is important to educate about the abundance of nutritious and flavorful foods that support good health and provide nourishment to fuel body and mind. My background bachelor and master's education is in food sciences. In 2021, I graduated the Didactic Program in Dietetics from University of Northern Colorado. In 2022, I completed a dietetic Internship through University of California San Diego and earned my Registered Dietitian Nutritionist credentials.
Approach to care
In my practice, I promote a holistic approach to nutrition, help discover personal food intolerances and sensitivities, encourage mindfulness, and promote healthy food culture in adults and adolescents as well as early exposure to wholesome foods with children. Throughout my education I worked and volunteered at acute care facilities, long term care facilities, food banks, and community nutrition programs where I gained strong dietetic experience and learned to work with diverse populations. I believe it is important to educate about the abundance of nutritious and flavorful foods that support good health and provide nourishment to fuel body and mind.
Your first session with Viktoria
At the start of our first session, I’ll gather information about your health history, eating habits, lifestyle, and any specific health goals or concerns you may have. Based on this, I’ll provide personalized guidance and recommendations, including meal options, food choices, and nutrient adjustments. You’ll also gain a solid understanding of nutrition fundamentals and how to make choices that align with your goals. Each session is an opportunity for you to ask questions, share challenges, and collaborate on creating a plan that feels both realistic and sustainable for you.
