About Vince

Nutrition and psychology have shaped how I help people build lasting habits. As a Registered Dietitian and Certified Dietitian-Nutritionist with five years of experience in clinical hospital settings and private practice in New York City, I combine science with practical, real-life problem-solving. I hold bachelor’s degrees in Nutrition and Dietetics and Psychology, and I use that background to interpret lab data while also addressing the everyday behaviors that influence health. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my dog, Evo, working out, playing basketball, and golfing, which helps keep me grounded in the value of realistic, sustainable lifestyle changes.

Your first session with Vince

In our first session, we’ll take a clear but relaxed look at where you are now and where you want to go. We’ll review your medical history, lifestyle habits, and any available lab work or biometrics so that our decisions are grounded in your unique needs and goals. From there, we’ll identify short-term goals that feel doable rather than overwhelming. You do not need to have everything figured out before we begin—just a willingness to be honest and open. We’ll move forward together at a pace that fits your life.
