Approach to care
My approach with new patients starts with kindness. It's how I would want to be treated. Iām open to their concerns and Iāll spend the time to listen and address their issues. I believe in addressing issues with a holistic approach. I would like to consider a personās physical, mental, emotional, social, and spiritual health. I encourage people to take an active role in their health and healing, which promotes personal growth and development.
Your first session with Viola
Doing your first session I will assess your condition by asking you about yourself and what matters the most to you. We will talk about your experiences and medical history. During our session, we will get to know each other. I will most likely ask why did you seek this appointment and what you hope to accomplish. We will establish some goals and a sense of direction you would like to achieve during your session. I will find out about the things that are important to you and what areas you need assistance with. Remember, this is not a sprint this is a lifetime journey.
