About Violeta
My love for food and its belief in being a preventative medicine first sparked my interest in nutrition. Throughout my years of education, I truly enjoy being a part of someone’s journey in simplifying their life by teaching them how to eat nutritious foods without all the stress.

As a registered dietitian, my goal is to empower you to restore your health by embracing simple strategies that are sustainable and practical during different periods of your life. I am motivated to provide research-based nutrition information that is unbiased and influenced by trends to help nourish your body in every stage of life. My approach to nutrition is individualized and catered to your unique needs. I aim to meet you where you are at so we can set realistic goals. I believe all foods can have a place in our lives without sabotaging our health goals.
Your first session with Violeta
On our first session together, I want to know all about you! I ask various questions that help me get to know your daily routine, meal schedule, and eating habits. I also want to know your health goals and from that point, we begin planning on ways to reach your goal. At the end of the session, we brainstorm simple goals that you would like to work on before our next meeting.
