Hi there! My name is Vivian Navarro, I am a Doctor of Public Health and a Registered Dietitian with a passion for helping others feel strong, confident, and energized through food 🍎. I specialize in weight loss, sports nutrition, and macro-focused coaching—and as a marathon trainee myself 🏃♀️, I have done 6 half marathons and currently training for my first full marathon, I understand what it means to fuel for performance and everyday life.
