About Viviane
Viviane Orgeron, RDN, has been a registered dietitian nutritionist since July 2021. Originally from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, she has been residing in Louisiana since 2015, where she earned her degree in Dietetics from Nicholls State University. Viviane also completed her dietetic internship at Nicholls State University. She is deeply passionate about the therapeutic properties of food and enjoys exploring new restaurants and traveling. In recent years, her nutrition counseling has focused on areas such as weight loss and management, type 2 diabetes, insulin resistance, PCOS, and anti-inflammatory diets.
